Jordan
Welcome to Jordan
Jordan, short for the Hashim Kingdom of Jordan, which is an ancient civilization with a long history, located on the western edge of Asia.
Hiding deeply in the desert, cultural monuments are everywhere with unique customs. The mysterious "Golden Cave" in Perdara, the magnificent ancient Roman theater in Jerash, the beautiful mountain scenery of the capital Amman, and the magic of the Dead Sea are all familiar landmarks.
Petra: A New Seven Wonders of the World
Petra is an ancient city in Jordan, located 250 kilometers south of Amman, hidden in a narrow canyon on the east side of the Arabian Valley.
It used to be the capital of the Nabataean Kingdom, connected to Damascus in the north, and to the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea via the Gulf of Aqaba in the south, with Gaza to the west and the Persian Gulf behind the desert to the east.
It is called Rose City because all the buildings are excavated on the rosy rock. The ancient city was successively ruled by Rome, Byzantium, and Islamic empires, so it also left architectural remains of various styles. On December 6, 1985, Petra was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Is it safe to travel in Jodan?
From the map, Jordan’s geographical location is really alarming. To the west are Israel and Palestine, where conflicts have been long established for a long time, and to the east are war-torn Syria and Iraq.
So the security problem is the most mentioned question before traveling to Jordan.
As someone who has been to Jordan, I will tell you responsibly that Jordanis one of the safest countries in the Middle East. When young people see tourists with cameras, they will show their smiles and crowd around to let yo take pictures. Or take a photo with you, and almost no stealing happens in the whole country.
