Hi I’m James. I live and breath photography, it is my life.

My childhood playground of the Scottish countryside gave me the greatest exposure to the wild and constantly changing weather that Scotland offers.

However, I also have a second home I’m equally as enthusiastic about – the Faroe Islands. Although not as native as my Scottish roots, I have a strong connection to the Faroe Islands as my partner is Faroese. I’ve been lucky enough to get to know the islands through a local’s eyes and experience first-hand the photographer’s paradise they present.
